They will also better appreciate the benefits of glass mineral wool insulation, what impact the acoustic and thermal building regulations have on the insulation industry, and how to maximise profits from insulation sales.
The training is available at British Gypsum’s purpose-designed academies - Erith in Kent, Kirkby Thore in Cumbria, and East Leake in Leicestershire.
The training combines background and theory with a series of practical sessions throughout the day. The course will be held monthly throughout the year at each location and bookings can be made for individuals or as a block for companies requiring groups of employees to attend.
Saint-Gobain Isover communications manager Clare Burton said: “We believe this quality of learning facilities is unrivalled in the insulation industry and have already had a lot of interest.”
