Polterm Max Plus
Polterm Max Plus will provide thermal performance for energy efficiency when used as part of a through wall system. It is also Euroclass A1 fire rated and BBA certified within rainscreen cladding systems. It features a black glass veil to prevent show through on a finished facade and a water-repellent additive to limit water absorption.
A1 fire-rated
Polterm Max Plus has achieved Euroclass A1 Reaction to Fire classification (EN 13501-1), meeting the highest standard for non-combustibility in rainscreen and masonry cladding systems. It’s suitable for use in rainscreen cladding systems withintimber or steel frame constructions.
BBA-certified
Assessed and certified by the British Board of Agrément (BBA Certificate No. 19/5672), Polterm Max Plus provides thermal and acoustic insulation within ventilated rainscreen cladding and masonry cladding systems. So you can have trusted, third-party documentation to support your spec.
Thermal efficiency
Polterm Max Plus has a thermal conductivity of 0.035 W/m·K. When specified and installed as part of an external wall construction, it contributes to the overall thermal performance of ventilated rainscreen and masonry cladding systems.
Limit water absorption
Polterm Max Plus contains a water repellent additive that limits water absorption.

Polterm Max Plus is fitted using standard retaining fixings and the slabs knit together tightly when butt jointed, minimising gaps that can affect thermal or acoustic performance.
